Outcomes

In dealing with homeless people, the gold standard of all outcome measures is assisting an individual in becoming housed again. Unfortunately, this victory is a shallow one if that individual is not equipped with the skills and resource to maintain that housing. Because our goal is long–term sustainability of housing for individuals, we work on 15 key branches of a person's life. While housing is the final and top goal, we consider the other 14 areas (and their corresponding outcomes) to build a strong foundation for a happy and high–functioning life. Our case managers track outcomes in the following areas: Identification, Supportive Systems, Transportation, Children's Services, Life Skills, Benefits, Legal, Financial, Physical/Emotional Abuse, Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Physical Health, Employment and Education.
